Our Microwave journey started in 1985 while working on Microwave Components and Microwave Test Benches of Engineering Institutes. As the academics expanded in India, this work also flourished in India. We were among the few suppliers well established in supplying Microwave Lab Test Kits all over India.
In 2005, our new company, wholly owned by us was established at Rajendra Nagar Industrial Area Ghaziabad in the name and style as “SCIENTIFIC MICROWAVE”. Microwave Lab Equipments, test Benches design, development and supply work continued till about Year 2000 when India had record number of Engineering Colleges. After that new Engineering colleges showed negative growth. Sensing the situation, contract manufacturing was undertaken since 2006 with companies like Bharat Electronics Ltd Ghaziabad, Bangalore, Kotdwara etc. In parallel Mechanical CNC job work was also undertaken since 2014. Now we have both Production lines of Microwave Components as well as Mechanical items running in parallel. Microwave components up to Frequency 44GHz can be undertaken by us based on customer design. We have KEYSIGHT Network Analyzer Model No – N9951A up to 44 GHz and all microwave parameters can be measured in house.
We work closely with our customers, their satisfaction is our motto. We can add further lines depending on order position.
We have with us many CNC Machining facilities that enable us to successfully meet the Customer’s
machining requirements like milling, turning, EDM, grinding jobs to the desired accuracy.
We have 100Ton Hydraulic Press for bending jobs.
We have presently 6 CNC Machines further expansion is being planned.
For our Niche customers we undertake Rhodium Plating on Brass and Copper parts.
We undertake Waveguide work (Microwave) including brazing and fixing the flanges.
We undertake Vacuum Soldering and Electroplating like Silver, Nickel on special demand.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.
We manufacture quality products as per specification given in the drawings provided by the customers.
We carry out regular inspection and measurements.
We provide inspection results to the customers wherever customer is interested to depute their inspectors we facilitate factory inspection.
For prototypes we undertake sample manufacturing and participate in their evaluation and environmental testing.
On customers request we provide material test certificate from NABL certified labs.
Our Main customers for Microwave / Waveguide Components & CNC Machined parts are Public Sectors undertaking like Bharat Electronics Ltd, India Government Mint (Security Printing and Minting Corporation), DEAL Dehradun, DRDO Labs, SAMEER Guwahati, ISRO, HAL etc. Besides this there are several private industries that avail our facilities.
Some of the academic establishments where our products are extensively used include engineering colleges, diploma colleges, science colleges, polytechnics, technical institutions, training organizations, research and development labs and many more.
